Resort Policies
For guests who book the rates for Vietnamese nationals, Vietnamese IDs or foreign passports with Vietnamese origin is required upon check-in.
The rates for 'Vietnamese nationals and expats' are limited to Vietnamese locals, overseas Vietnamese and expatriates working in Vietnam only. For expatriates, visa of minimum 6 month validity must be shown upon check-in. Otherwise the extra charge will be applied at the resort.
- Maximum 2 children under 12 years of age stay free of charge using existing beds;
- Guests from 12 years old are considered as adults;
- Children under 6 years of age are not recommended to stay in hill top villas, 2 bedroom hill top villas, water villas, rock villas, the rock retreat due to safety reason.
Airport bus and boat transfer are charged extra at USD 40++ per guest one way and is collected at the resort. Please be informed that the resort is accessible only by water. Guests are required to contact the resort directly 48 hours before arrival for transfer arrangement.
